The process took some time while waiting on the bank and insurance, but he stayed on top of everything and kept me updated along the way. He made what could have been a very stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. By the time I came in to sign, everything was prepared and ready to go, which made a big difference. I really appreciated his communication, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend working with him!
