On 01-10-26 I took our Yukon 2015 to check a new noise I heard the night before; I was told it was not recommended to keep driving the vehicle ! In a matter of 3 hours we were able to get a new Yukon Elevation 2026. I have to thanks the Certified Service Advisor Louie Don for his help to quickly diagnose the problem; Many thanks to the Certified Sales Professional Ian Bergstrom for all his advise and help to choose the new car we wanted; we are very grateful to the Finance Manager for all his effort for us to get the new Yukon after just 3 hours, and finally thanks to the staff of the Shuttle Service for their help to take me back and forth from the dealership to our home and back to the dealership. Thanks to GMC for having such as great group of people working together !

I contacted the dealership about a used Ford they had just listed on the site. Ian Bergstrom was the salesman that was taking care of me. The truck was listed with a "coming soon" status and was still going through their inspection and maintenance routine, but Ian was able to give me all of the information I asked for very quickly. I didn't have to wait long for him to set me up with a time to check out the vehicle and go for a test drive, and I assume he put a priority status on the maintenance to make it available. After the test drive, I let him know that I hadn't been searching long and that the truck wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Ian was persistent, but in a no-pressure way that I hadn't experienced at a dealership before. After letting him know that I wasn't yet comfortable calling off the search just yet, I was informed that management approved the Penz lifetime powertrain warranty for me: something that this truck didn't meet the typical brand, mileage, or age requirements for. After thinking it over, I let him know that I still wanted to keep searching for a truck that checked all of my boxes. Ian asked for a list of things I wanted that were not met by this vehicle, and I was honest with him. I let him know what I wanted (within reason), and even an overall price that I was comfortable with. The next morning, he told me management approved those items which included an altered price. I purchased the truck and have been driving it for over three months now. I'm still happy with it, but more than that have been happy with the level of effort and support received from Penz. Not only was Ian great to work with, but the sales manager, admins, and financial employees have been great, too. This is the first time I've purchased from a dealership that I didn't feel pushed around or taken advantage of during and after the process. I went in very reserved, wary, and ready to leave as soon as I felt like somebody was trying to pull one over on me. It didn't take long to realize that was unnecessary. I'd again like to say how pleased I was, and remain, with the treatment I received and the conduct of the employees at the GMC location in Rochester. I do feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I left the lot happy with the transaction.

I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive and potentially purchase a truck that I had found online two days prior. The sales man Ian was quick to respond at night when I didn’t expect anyone to be reaching back out to me. The next day he stayed in contact with me and got all the information and even additional pictures I asked for before making a long trip to check out a truck. The day of there was a hiccup with the truck, but the team stayed in contact with me and did all they could to make sure I was well taken care of. I talked to about 3-4 people pertaining to the issue that arose that morning, which to me meant that everyone was thoroughly involved and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. After speaking with the VP, sales manager, and my salesman, it was clear I would be happy with my purchase. They are great to work with and would highly recommend to anyone I know if they are in the market for a new and used vehicle. And their inventory is very appealing all around.
