The "Faces" of GMC of Rochester Service are clearly Hailey and Sue. These two gems really embody the concept of customer-first service and they do it with a GREAT attitude and charming demeanor. These to gems are clearly keepers! My other kudos go to Service manager Seathi. This gentleman is a professional in every way. Treating customers, managing processes, and overall just making things happen, this man gets it done in a respectful and informative manner. Through my experience, Hailey, Sue, and Seathi made sure to stay in touch with me and keep me informed about my vehicle. Great work all!
